With a week to go, Tara shares her top tips for making the week before and the week after a little less stressful and a little more fun. Basically this whole episode is an excuse for Tara to talk more about Christmas (we'll let her have her fun!).

Use this year as an opportunity to plant the seed for future years if you aren’t happy with the way Christmas feels

Send people home with food

Schedule down time/ relax time

Don’t put things down- put them away

Plan time to create new homes for your new belongings (and decide if you need to let go of old ones)

Put Christmas decorations away at a manageable rate. Let go of the old/ unloved/ broken ones.

Don't let usual routines go too far out the window.
