Book Review: The Power of Habit
This week we are chatting about a book that has been mentioned before by Bec in other episodes (and at other times!) so Tara decided she had to read it!
The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg is the subject of this little review. Bec and Tara discuss the things they like about the book (spoiler alert, it's most of it!) and let you know what it's all about and help you decide whether you'd like to read it.

The habit loop:
The Cue: A situational trigger that is based on a reward you’re seeking.
The Routine: A physical or emotional action you take to obtain the reward.
The Reward: The satisfaction you seek by following the routine.
