So... we had no idea what Sophrology is until this episode!
It's actually been very well-known and practised in some European countries for decades, and so we thought we'd all learn together because it's got a lot in common with other things we've learned about like meditation, yoga and mindfulness.

According to Marianne De Kleer sophrology is a mind-body technique that uses breathwork, gentle movement and positive visualisation to help decrease stress and increase feelings of wellbeing and a renewed zest for life. Sophrology is effective in helping to reduce stress and anxiety, boost creativity, and improve self-confidence and self-esteem.
