What to do when you suck at meditating

So you've heard all about meditation's benefits, and you wish you were into it, but you feel like you really suck at it. You don't want to miss out on the good effects, but what do you do when you feel you can't do it? When you don't have time or you are just *bad* at it?

Well, we have some tips that might help!

If you want to do the traditional method but have trouble committing, try:
- Scheduling it
- Guided meditations - (look up apps or youtube for some good suggestions)
- Attend classes or do it with friends

If you want some of the benefits of traditional meditation without the restriction of sitting-down, eyes closed etc, try:
- Be slow/ in or near water
- Tai-chi/ Yoga
- Music
- Walk/ Hike/ Rock climb/ Golf
- Forest bathing (episode linked below)
- Colour/ Creating
- Painting/ sculpting
- Dance/ move
- Cycle- gently (or other forms of gentle exercise)
- Watch animals
- Garden
- Household chores
